Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Brisbane, Queensland (postcodes 4157 or 4161).


All items are in stock unless clearly marked as a pre-order.

We never dropship. All products are packed and dispatched directly from our Brisbane location.

Standard Shipping


We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD after any discounts have been applied (including discount codes).


Orders under $99 AUD will incur a flat rate Standard Shipping fee of $10 AUD Australia-wide.

Express Shipping


Express Shipping is available Australia-wide at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Tracking & Delivery


Yes — we will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


We ship all orders via Australia Post.


Depending on your location, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, in line with Australia Post delivery estimates.


Please allow additional time if you live in a regional area or during busy periods such as close to Christmas.


Express Post options are available at checkout.

Dispatch Timeframes


Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed by 2:00 pm Brisbane time.


Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.


You will be notified via email once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.


If you haven’t received your fulfilment confirmation, please remember to check your junk or spam folder.


Feel free to contact us if you haven’t received a confirmation email after 1 business day.

International Shipping


We’ve recently introduced international shipping to certain countries. Please see our shipping rates below:


New Zealand, China, Japan & South Korea

Shipping fee: AUD $20 for regular post by air.

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on location.


USA & Canada

Shipping fee: AUD $30 for regular post by air.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on location.


Europe

Shipping fee: AUD $30 for regular post by air.

Estimated delivery time: 14–20 business days, depending on location.


Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are payable by the customer.


On some occasions, your order may be uneconomical for us to ship at the above rates.
We reserve the right to contact you to discuss alternative shipping options if this occurs.

We’ll check with our local courier and get back to you with a shipping quote.

Returns and exchanges

What if I change my mind about a product or if I have chosen an incorrect size?

Exchanges & Returns


We offer a 15-day exchange or refund policy on items returned in their original condition.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).


Return postage is payable by the customer.


The 15-day return period is calculated from the date the shipping company confirms delivery.


We reserve the right to reject returns for items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.


Please note: Due to Australian health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Hosiery
  • Earrings

Yes — during the Christmas period, we extend our exchange policy for clothing items only. This allows gift recipients extra time to try on their clothing and request an exchange if needed.

You can exchange any clothing item until 31 January 2026.

Please note that for clothing refunds, our usual 15-day change-of-mind policy still applies. The 15 days begin from the date AusPost confirms the item as delivered.

Payment

I want to place an order, how can I pay?

Payment methods currently accepted are: Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay, Shopify and Afterpay.

Please note: additional payment authentication may be requested as per your card issuer.

We now accept Afterpay as a method of payment. At checkout and after adding your shipping details, the Afterpay option of payment can be used. 

1. Add the desired products to your basket. 

2. Fill out your shipping info 

3. In the payments option, select Afterpay. 

4. You'll be taken to Afterpay's website where you can sign up as a new user. You’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds.

Christmas
