We offer free STANDARD shipping for orders from $150 AUD after any discounts (i.e. after a discount code has been applied)

STANDARD shipping cost for under $150 will incur a flat rate of $10 AUD Australia wide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

We offer discounted EXPRESS shipping of $5 for orders over $150 AUD after any discounts (i.e. after a discount code has been applied)

EXPRESS shipping cost for under $150 will incur a flat rate of $15 AUD Australia wide.

Items will be dispatched within 1 business day. You will be notified when the item has been fulfilled. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you have not received confirmation of fulfilment.

Yes, for orders sent within Australia.

We will send you the tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Orders usually will arrive in 3-5 business days after being dispatched.

We do not offer overseas shipping at this stage. 

We will be happy to provide an exchange for items are returned in their original condition.

Please write us within 15 days of receiving the product and we will advise you how to return the item(s) to us. 

Return postage is payable by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.

Please note that underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned due to Australian health & hygiene regulations.
