    COVID -19 UPDATE - 1/12/20

    Please note Australia post is no longer offering next day delivery for express orders, however, express post is still the quickest way to get your items delivered to you.

    Our parcels will still be dispatched within 1 business day. We will send a tracking code via email once the item has been dispatched.

    Please be patient with delivery of your items, as normal flights are no longer in operation and the courier activity is still restricted. 

    Please also be aware that most couriers are not offering the option of signature on delivery to respect social distancing rules.

    I want to place an order, how can I pay?

    Payment methods currently accepted are: Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay, Shopify and Afterpay.

    Please note: additional payment authentication may be requested as per your card issuer.

    I have a discount code, how do I use it?

    Discount codes are used at checkout, just fill out the box with your discount code and see the discount being applied before you submit your card details.

    Please note that only 1 discount code can be used per transaction. 

    Discount codes would usually be displayed in marketing campaigns from FB and Instagram. 

    Don't have a discount code?

    Sign up to our newsletter and you'll receive a code on the email address you provided.

    You should receive an email from us in less than a minute. Check your junk email as it could pop in there. 

    Discount codes to be used at check out. Discount should automatically apply after inserting discount code. Do not submit payment until you see the discount being applied. 

    T&C's - One code to be used per customer, $20 minimum purchase. 


    We now accept Afterpay as a method of payment. At checkout and after adding your shipping details, the Afterpay option of payment can be used. 

    How do I purchase using Afterpay for the first time?

    1. Add the desired products to your basket. 

    2. Fill out your shipping info 

    3. In the payments option, select Afterpay. 

    4. You'll be taken to Afterpay's website where you can sign up as a new user. You’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds.




    I ordered something, when will the item be dispatched? 

    Items will be normally dispatched within 1 business day.You will be notified when the item has been fulfilled. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you have not received confirmation of fulfilment.

    Feel free to write us if you haven't received a confirmation email after the 1 business day.

    What are your shipping costs for Australia? 

    We offer free standard shipping for orders from $99 AUD after any discounts (i.e. after a discount code has been applied)

    Shipping cost for under $98.90 will incur a flat rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide.

    Will I receive a tracking number?

    Yes, for orders sent within Australia.

    We will send you the tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Orders usually will arrive in 3-5 business days after being dispatched.


    Do you ship outside Australia?

    Yes, we now offer worldwide shipping!!  Please see below for our flat-rate shipping fees:

    NZ - $20 AU 

    Rest of the world -  Please email us before placing your order for details. We will only accept payments for rest of the world made through Paypal.

    Please note that any duties, customs, or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

    Delivery tracking will depend on your country's postal network provider.  

    What are the delivery times outside Australia?

    NZ - 6-8 working days

    USA, Western Europe, Asia and some Pacific Countries - 10-15 working days

    Rest of the world - 15-20 business days 


    What if I change my mind about a product or if I have chosen an incorrect size?

    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or choosing an incorrect size after the item has been dispatched. We will be happy to give you an exchange if the items are returned in their original condition.

    You will need to write us within 15 days of receiving the product and we will advise you how to return the item(s) to us. 

    Return postage is payable by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.

    Please note that underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned due to Australian health & hygiene regulations. 

    For any other issues with a product, please contact us @ and we will respond to you within 48 hrs.
